SunSmiles ships worldwide and the delivery time depends on the shipping destination. Shipping time is displayed on the screen when the shipping company and price is selected by the customer. 

The standard delivery times are stated below. If you have not received your parcel after this time, please contact us via [email protected].

- Canada: 5 business days.

- United States: 5 business days.

- Central America: 5 business days.

- South America: 5 to 10 business days.

- Asia: 5 to 10 business days. 

- Africa: 5 to 10 business days.

- Oceania: : 5 to 10 business days.

- Caribbean: 5 to 10 business days.

In case the customer chooses to ship the package without track and trace (only possible in Europe), SunSmiles will not be responsible for any delays in delivery and we are not able to help you with tracking your parcel. 

 

Returns because of product flaws 

If you want wants to return the products in case the products have a flaw, due to incorrect packaging or production mistakes, we will send you new products, free of charge, as soon as possible.

All products can be returned to us up to 100 days after your purchase

In case you are not happy with your product you may return the product. This is only possible if the items are unworn, in their original condition and provided with the original labels.

Fitting items is of course allowed. We, therefore, recommend that you fit the shoes on soft surfaces (eg carpet) and try them out. Labels and labels may only be removed if this prevents the fitting and reviewing of the article. If you want to return the item, make sure that you do not make the item dirty and return it to us in its original condition and factory packaging.

If you no longer have our delivery box in your possession, you can also use another box, provided it is sturdy enough and the return document is clearly visible.

In case you are not happy with your products you may return the products of course.

Note that returns can only be processed if the items are unworn, in their original condition and provided with the original labels.

Please follow the following instructions:

1) Send an e-mail to [email protected] stating the:
- Your order number
- The reason of return
- In case of a broken product(s) or problem with the size, please include a photo of the product(s).

2) We will process your request and register a RMA (return merchandise authorization) in our systems.

3) You will receive your RMA number from us.

4) Include the pack-list (if you still have it) in the package and please mark which product or products you are returning.

5) Please write the RMA number on a note inside the box and on the outside of the box. It will take a lot longer to process your return and refund if we are unable to find the RMA number.

5) Send the new and unworn product to our fulfillment company in the Netherlands

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product to our warehouse in the case you made a mistake while ordering, or when you just do not like the products you ordered.

When there is a problem with the product itself, because of production errors or other unwanted damage, SunSmiles will pay for these shipping costs.
